I offer mobile notary services for all your important documents - on paper or e-notarization. A Michigan Notary Association-trained and certified Notary Public will come to your home or a location you choose to provide efficient and reliable service. Services available in Ypsilanti and surrounding areas. Travel fee varies by location.

In-person notarization with digital documents and signature - no camera and microphone required. I bring the device to sign on, and you get the benefits of an in-person signing without the hassle of scanning the paperwork afterward.

I-9 Verifications
Though you don't need a notary to fill out your company's I-9, notaries verify identification documents at every appointment. That experience can be helpful when choosing an authorized representative.

Printing and Courier Services
If you need something printed for your appointment, I'm happy to help! After your documents are notarized, I can get them where they need to go. Printing, mailing and delivery costs can be added to the same invoice for one easy payment.

Apostille
If your document is going out of the country, it may need to go through the Apostille process after being notarized. Pricing starts at $150 and includes two notarizations. Please reach out for details.

What do I need to bring?

Please have photo identification for each person who will be signing.

The document you wish to sign and have your signature notarized.

Any witnesses required, unless you make arrangements ahead of time for me to provide them.
Do you have an embosser?

Yes I do! Some notaries don't, and that can cause problems getting the notarizations accepted out of state and by some companies, even though by Michigan law it's not required (yet). I do have an embosser, and it is NOT an extra fee to have it included in your notarization. If you've had a document rejected by the receiving party due to a lack of embosser and the original notary cannot resolve the issue, please let me know when you make the appointment.

I have appointments available 24 hours to accommodate everyone. (Travel and convenience fees may apply.)
What additional services do you provide?

If you need me to print your document to bring to the appointment, I'm happy to do so at a cost of 25 cents per page. I cannot supply any forms for you to sign, but you can send me a link or the file to be printed.

If you have two signers in different locations and prefer a physical (not online) signature, I can carry the file from one to the other and notarize both signatures. Additional travel and notarization fees will apply.

I can bring witnesses! Witness fees start at $30 apiece, or you may provide your own (with the same ID requirements) for free.

Once your paperwork is signed, I can provide some supplies and deliver it locally to a mailbox, business, or government building. Supplies, postage, and travel fees apply.
