
How can I pay?
All payments due at time of service. Cash accepted for in-person appointments! I can send a detailed invoice through Square to your email or phone number, which allows cash payments or online payments through a wide variety of processing options.
Payment Terms
All payments are due at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. A 3-day grace period will be given before late fees incur at a rate of $5 per week. Invoices not paid within 60 days will be reported to the Michigan Attorney General, at which time a $50 collection fee will added to the invoice which covers the costs of collecting documentation for the report. Continued failure to pay will be subject to further late/collection fees and court costs. Notarized documents and wedding certificates MAY be withheld until payment has been received.
Deposits
A $25 deposit is required to confirm your wedding appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total invoice. Deposits are held until 24 hours before the appointment time, at which time they become nonrefundable. Weddings that are booked less than 24 hours in advance are invoiced at the time of booking, due upon receipt, and are fully nonrefundable.
Late Appointments / Cancellations
Cancelling an appointment after I have already commenced travel or arrived at the appointment location will result in a travel fee. If you cancel after I have printed your documents, or if you need documents re-printed due to your error, the total printing fees including re-prints will be included on the invoice. Cancelling your wedding appointment within the 24 hours leading up to your appointment will be subject to forfeit of your deposit at my discretion. Ceremonies that begin more than 15 minutes late will be subject to a $5 late fee for each 5 minutes.
Flexible Pricing
Last minute appointments, nights and weekends, and distance to the appointment will adjust the costs of travel fees. Please ensure you agree to the travel fee before I proceed to your destination. Failure to secure an exact quote will not waive or adjust the price of services after they have been provided or travel to the appointment has commenced. My prices are set with affordability in mind but are negotiable ahead of time--if you have concerns about the cost, please don't hesitate to let me know so we can discuss the options!
